Useful Plants Series: Alley Plants of the Rim Road Neighborhood

There are many useful plants in the alleys of El Paso, including food, medicine, and even bug repellent. Take an alley walk to learn about native plants and also common landscaping plants found in the region. This walk is about 4 blocks total, but make sure to bring sturdy shoes, a hat, and water. Your guide has 20 years of experience teaching about useful plants for Celebration of Our Mountains and is a professor at Southwest University.
