Tinajas in the arroyos created an ideal location for seasonal habitation by people in the past who left some artwork. This is a relatively easy out and back hike of 7 miles in our new National Monument with petroglyphs at two sites. Meet at 9 AM at turnoff to Corralitos Road. Go to Las Cruces, take I-10 towards Deming, exit at Airport Exit; go west on north side of interstate frontage road to Corrralitos Road, County Road C009. (MAP)
