Dear Friends,

On September 2 at 10:00pm, Natassia Paloma of KTSM will be joined by Dr. Selfa Chew of UTEP’s Department of History for a special architectural tour of Segundo Barrio.
The neighborhood will soon be designated a National Historic District that will include 922 properties, of which 659 (71%) will potentially be eligible for federal and state tax credits that can pay for up to 45% of renovation costs.
The upcoming report by Paloma is titled "Rooted in Segundo."
