Historian, Joseph Longo will speak about the El Paso Equal Franchise League (EPEFL) organized in early 1915 on Fort Bliss! Hear about Ruth Augur, Mary Morgan Purdon, and many other politically active El Paso women at the turn of the 20th Century.
