Hear a talk by ISA Certified Arborist, John White, the former Botanical Curator of UTEP's Chihuahuan Desert Gardens at Keystone Heritage Park. His topic will be "Selecting and Caring for New Trees". Texas Arbor Day is November 5, 2021. It is always the first Friday in November. Correctly selecting and planting young trees is one of the most critical things a person can do to help a tree. An old mistreated tree is next to impossible to bring back to a healthy tree. It has already started the “Spiral of Death” for a tree! Come learn how to properly care for a tree so it will live for many years!
