Join a ranger or volunteer guide to tour over 10,000 years of documented human history at Hueco Tanks. View some of the over 3,000 pictographs and learn about the different cultural traditions whose heritage remains among the astounding rock formations.

This tour is primarily a historic tour and requires hiking and climbing. Climbing steep rock faces can be moderate to strenuous for some visitors.

Reservations required: (915) 857-1135. This tour is limited to 15 people. It will repeat on October 3rd. The pictograph tour is limited to 15 people and begins at 9 AM on this day. Do a pictograph tour or a hiking tour today and make reservations for the alternate field trip on October 3rd. You must call 915-857-1135 to make reservations and not simply respond to COM or the Hiking Meet-up.

Length: 2.5 – 3 hours (approximately 1.25 miles)

Bring: Water, snacks, appropriate attire, sun protection, and a sense of adventure!
