El Paso Water has been cleaning wastewater to drinking water quality standards and using it to recharge a local aquifer for 30 years.  Observe where and how EPWater recharges the Hueco Bolson Aquifer.  Learn about underground water resources from Water Resource Engineer Scott Reinert. You will not only have a view on the ground of the basins, but there will be a drone sent up, and people will be able to watch the monitor for a bird’s eye view of multiple basins.  Meet at the Painted Dunes Golf Course parking lot.
