Join El Paso Water to learn about the history of the Canal Water Treatment Plant – also known as the Robertson Umbenhauer Water Treatment Plant – in the Chihuahuita neighborhood of downtown El Paso.  This plant transforms Rio Grande water into drinking water for El Paso homes and businesses.  The anniversary program and ceremony will kick off at 3:00 followed by tours. Food trucks will be available.  Be sure to ask about the history of ghosts at the plant! (MAP)
