Beginner Hike #2

Do some easy, basic hiking in arroyos and on ridges in the Franklin Mountains. Some walking will be off trail with uneven footing. Hike is just 2.5-miles with a slight elevation change of 250 feet. Learn about some of the native plants. Meet at the corner of Mountain View and Zircon. Bring 2 qts. of water, a camera and snacks and wear sunscreen, long pants, a hat and sturdy footgear.
