Meet Dr. Paul Hyder shortly before sunset to discuss various aspects of desert ecology. As the sun sets, you will begin exploring the area for organisms that will be starting their nocturnal activities. Dr. Hyder will discuss the various details of the ecology and behaviors of each organism. You will need decent hiking shoes and a flashlight. Event lasts 2 hours. Bring a UV light and/or camera if you can.
